    As informed by the IX team, on August 21, 2025, between 03:00 and 07:00 (UTC-3), a maintenance window will take place at PIX EQUINIX-SP2.

    During this period, brief interruptions in traffic forwarding may occur for participants connected to this PIX.

    The UPX backbone will remain fully operational; however, customers who rely on IX.br São Paulo to reach UPX may experience some instability during the IX.br maintenance.

    Optic fiber cuts are causing unavailability in PIX Equinix-SP4 IX.br Sao Paulo / SP

    Those responsible for the fibers were informed of the problem as soon as the disruption were identified, and they are working to recover the services.

    The UPX backbone continues to operate without issues.
