    Due to a service degradation in Microsoft systems, some users may experience difficulties logging into the UPX client platform.

    Users who are already authenticated in their dashboards are not affected and can continue using the platform normally.

    As informed by the IX.br team, a maintenance window is scheduled for September 16, 2025, between 03:00 and 07:00 (UTC-3), at PIX EQUINIX-SP2.

    During this period, brief interruptions in traffic forwarding may occur for participants connected to this PIX.

    The UPX backbone will remain fully operational; however, customers relying on IX.br São Paulo to reach UPX may experience temporary instability during the maintenance.
