We have identified instabilities in the Equinix RJ2 PIX since 3:04 PM (BRT) on January 8, 2024. The IX.br team has reported a fiber break in the area, and those responsible for the fibers have been notified of the issue.
The UPX backbone remains operational without issues. However, it is important to note that customers using the UPX connection through IX.br Rio de Janeiro may experience periods of unavailability in this specific location.
