    As informed by the IX.br team, a maintenance window is scheduled for September 16, 2025, between 03:00 and 07:00 (UTC-3), at PIX EQUINIX-SP2.

    During this period, brief interruptions in traffic forwarding may occur for participants connected to this PIX.

    The UPX backbone will remain fully operational; however, customers relying on IX.br São Paulo to reach UPX may experience temporary instability during the maintenance.

    Optic fiber cuts are causing unavailability in PIX Equinix-SP4 IX.br Sao Paulo / SP

    Those responsible for the fibers were informed of the problem as soon as the disruption were identified, and they are working to recover the services.

    The UPX backbone continues to operate without issues.
